Specialist Mental Health Services

 

The Specialist Mental Health Services programme aims to support the development of local mental health systems in the Eastern region, through an approach which focuses on local needs.  It is intended to ensure that more efficient and effective services are provided for people who experience mental health problems.

The programme has 6 project areas:

  • Acute Care
  • Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment
  • Revised Care Programme Approach implementation
  • Dual Diagnosis
  • Early Intervention
  • Personality Disorder.
